Employer Branding and Change Management

AM O’Sullivan PR supports a wide range of blue-chip multinational and indigenous Irish companies and organisations in relation to Employer Branding and Change Management.

Your employer brand speaks for your organisation, and heavily influences the talent that you attract and retain. Our team is expertly positioned to support our clients with employer branding strategies, sustainability initiatives, and the recruitment of talent for key roles, including senior communications candidates.

Change management involves adopting a structured, planned approach to implementing change in an organisation. At AM O’Sullivan PR, we understand that periods of organisational change can be particularly challenging for our clients. Our role is to work with our clients to understand the nature of the changes being implemented, and develop a communications strategy to successfully communicate these changes among key internal and external stakeholders.

At AM O’Sullivan PR, our team has significant experience and expertise in assisting clients to navigate organisational change. This includes providing strategic counsel to senior leadership teams during times of organisational change.

Working with our clients, we support them in developing authentic, impactful and meaningful employer brands, candidate attraction, and communication strategies that are relevant, sustainable and successful.

We deliver excellent results based on a thorough understanding of our clients’ business objectives and operational requirements.

We managed a number of recruitment campaigns for senior communications roles for multinational clients in the life sciences sector. Having reviewed the clients’ requirements, we devised bespoke recruitment strategies for the roles. This involved engaging directly with our network of communications experts, screening the applications, shortlisting and interviewing a selection of candidates, and providing a shortlist of recommended candidates to our clients. Additionally, once the successful candidates were in place, we helped integrate them into client organisations through having an active role in the onboarding process.

Working closely with HR directors we have developed campaigns for multinational organisations to support their talent acquisition and retention. This involved complementary internal and external communications campaigns showcasing the culture and lived experience of the team. The campaigns
included the production of video content for use internally and across online campaigns, managing
events to coincide with key dates, e.g. International Women’s Day panel discussions, and bringing the organisation’s mission, vision and value to life. These proactive campaigns have led to enhanced employee experience and engagement, and referrals from existing employees for recruitment purposes for our client organisations.

We advised a company when they were informed by their parent organisation that they were facing a
closure. Working with the local site leadership and corporate team, we identified stakeholders. We then
supported and provided presentation training to the site lead in advance of the announcements. Working
with corporate comms, we devised a media strategy and provided media training. On the day of the
closure, we supported the team on-site, working through engagement with government departments,
the IDA, etc, as well as providing media relations support on the day.

We provided strategic communications support to a multinational client which was restructuring one of
its key business functions. This involved supporting the senior leadership and communications team to
prepare a communications plan, a messaging map, key talking points for senior leaders, a Q&A and a cadence plan.
